As a single point of contact, the core management team will ensure all engagements are completed in an efficient and cost effective manner. They will work closely with your corporate and site management to minimize the impact on your staff, streamline activities by sharing results, where possible, and expand the use of a consistent reporting format across all sites to minimize inquiries from your auditors. Other key responsibilities for the core management team include:
- Implementing a comprehensive communication plan for all SSAE 16 engagements aimed at getting the right messages to the right people on a timely basis. This plan will aide in gathering, managing and measuring expectations and – above all – eliminating misunderstandings and misconceptions.
- Maintaining an overall project plan that will ensure the timely performance and completion of all fieldwork as well as delivery of reports according to your requirements.
- Conducting kick-off meetings with key site representatives to gain broad acceptance of the transition plan and to fully engage the many stakeholders with whom we will be working over the coming months and years.
- Maintaining close contact with the audit teams to ensure all aspects of the daily work are performed as expected and any issues are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner for all parties.
